Is there anything than helps ease your anxiety?
At the beginning of this year I started using Better help. It is an online therapy website where you get assigned a real fully qulified therapist. I found the fact that it is all done online without you having to book appointments or even go to the doctor incredibly helpful, even more so because at the time, I was very afriad and I didnt understand what was going on with me. the Idea of actually going to see someone or saying the words "I need help" terrifed me and it still does but now all I have to do is look at my phone or computer and vent it all out and then wait for help while I get on with my life. The acting of writing is also very helpful and helps me realise in more detail what is going on with myself.
